I have been a Proteck fin user since I started surfing about ten years ago and I've also been somewhat of an activist for people who do not ride them (I've even got a testimonial on your site on how I WASN'T hurt thanks to the fins). Last year, I sold one of my boards to my friend Brooke and of course it included a set of Proteck fins. A few months back, however, she bought another board from someone else which did NOT include Proteck fins. I was hounding her about getting a set, telling her I had a spare one that I would give to her but she kept putting it off. On Sunday evening she showed up at my door with a pair of crutches and ten stitches on her foot. Guess she'll be using them from now on.
