    Don’t think I can say every landing has been successful. Nose Guards deal with lava and coral better than fiberglass.

    Part of the collection at Early Bum includes some great surfboards. We don't believe in wall hangers so all of our boards have the Nose Guards. This one is on a custom Bruce Jones board made just before Bruce left us for the big wave in the sky. The board is great and has been featured on CoolToysTV.com. The Nose Guard is likely to be next. If you have a favorite board that you want to keep a long time, use a nose guard to keep the tip from being the first leak.

    Just applied the nose guard today--glad I had it! My buddy got sucked back over the falls while we were paddling out, and he and me and our boards got tangled up. My long center fin stuck all the way through his board. Neither of us were hurt, possibly because I had a nose and tail guard on my board. Protects the board, me and my buddy. Too bad I didn't have Surfco soft-edge fins. Might have saved my buddy's board.

    Got this nose guard for my SUP that has a thin nose ( 3/4" - 1") and it fit perfect. Had it out on the water the next day with no issues. Thanks for the advice David!!!

    Don't know why but I keep forgetting to go to Surfco Hawaii directly. Their prices are competitive, shipping reasonable & quick and selection is much better and I always have a great personalized experience.

    I put a Nose Guard on every board I own. These things really work well; probably saved me 4-5 dings while trying to move my boards around my crowded garage. Blue tint matches my new board great too. This is one product I have no complaints about.
