How do I return an item?

Return and Exchange Policy:
SurfCo Hawaii will exchange / return any product purchased on this website as long as it has not been damaged, worn, or used and the product must be in its original packaging. A full refund less shipping cost will be provided as long as the product is returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. The credit card used on the original order will be used for any refunds or exchange price differences. Returns after 60 days will be given store credit. All clearance items are final sale. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Product Availability:
All Online Orders are Subject to Product Availability. In the instance that a product is ordered online but is no longer in stock, the customer is entitled to a full refund of their requested order. Backordered or out-of-stock products may be re-ordered at the original price.

Defective Merchandise:
